



Received an -e-mail at 10:34a.m. indicating flowers were delivered when in fact they were not. These were for a friend of my daughter's mom who she would be seeing later in the day. When she arrived at their home at 3 p.m., the flowers were not there and she was embarrassed. I called the flower shop to inquire about the delivery and the woman was very adamant saying if the e-mail says they were delivered, then they were. There was no note left at their door saying they might be at a back door or a neighbor's house. I asked the woman at the florist to please check on the delivery as my daughter was embarrassed and she said she would call me back...she never called back and the flowers were eventually delivered at 4:30 p.m. Don't send an e-mail saying something is there if it isn't and if a customer calls to inquire about it, try to assist them and not being sarcastic.
